I went to McDonald's today to pick up an online order. When we get there the person at the window was sweet, when we get to the second window there are two kids chit chatting and leaning on the window. They ask us to pull forward, about 10 minutes later the boy from the window came out with out PRE-MADE ORDER and apologized for his co-workers rudeness. His co-worker then resumed to verbally-harrass him in front of us telling him that we could've waited longer regardless if our food was done or not. Maybe if you had actual workers and not ones who sit and flirt maybe you'd get better reviews. I would like to see you discuss your workers actions and how they were unprofessional.

Just went there I live 5 minutes away. I don't understand how the mayo his hotter than the burger patty it was on. I got more crunch out of the bread than the pickles. The lettuce had a slimy texture like it was expired. This goes without saying but everything that was supposed to be hot was cold and stale. I've never actually felt physically ill while eating McDonald's before but there is a first for everything.

The access is slightly hindered currently due to all of the construction going on in the area. Other than that - no problems whatsoever. Hot and fresh flavorful food served promptly by a courteous and friendly staff. I'll be back a certainly recommend you stopping by and patronizing this particular location. Enjoy !

Went through the drive thru to Pick up a $15 gift card, they double charged me when I went back in to speak with the manager Dalia she said "oh I bet you came back for your 15$ refund". They knew they double charged us and expected us not to notice, very unprofessional

McDonald's begins serving lunch at 10:30 Monday through Friday while on weekends the lunch menu begins at 11. Some franchise owners make that decision while corporate stores typically go by the 10:30 standard. The set time for lunch during the week allows the employees to go by a regulated schedule to minimize waste costs from having a 24-7 menu- such as prepping a batch of product that doesn't sell and is discarded once it's freshness timer is expired. Like in any resteraunt keeping the menu compact helps with service times, cost of produce, and waste costs. I hope this helps explain an otherwise enigmatic practice.

Hours are regulated by the Franchise owner under corporate regulations, and corporate stores typically follow more definite hours. Hours are subject to change within regulation so if over time it opened at 4 now at 5 the information online may not have been updated. If there's confusion it's always better to call the store and ask about their hours or visit the store to see their listed hours. Open at 4 or 5, McDonald's is always respects the early bird, both within their crew and their customers!
