Richard has helped me with a Laptop whose screen was not working I was not sure if it as the screen or the laptop's other components, upon arrival he delivered excellent results quickly! He immediately was able to diagnose that the screen was the issue and not my operating system or hard drive. Showing me also how to see the screen and still use the laptop for the time being. This took all of 5 minutes.
