The customer service area doesn’t have the same amount of knowledge with the app as other targets. Also usually when I enter the store I forget how long the lines are at this location and so I usually just leave out because it doesn’t make any sense

Clean and well stocked. Employees somewhat helpful, however not enough self check outs and should NEVER have only 1 register open. Still better than Walcrap

The inside is very nice and friendly, but the drive up staff is awful. Never get any politeness or customer service from them and items are constantly either missing or expired. Would recommend shopping inside, but don't order grocery pickup unless you wanna have to go back again for refunds on gross or missing food. Not trying to be rude, just super disappointed. A quality check on the orders before taking them out isn't that hard.

Yesterday evening (3/23/22) I went to shop for some maternity clothes. I took a lot of items as it’s hard for me right now to understand what size i am. I was stopped at the fitting room by unhappy woman associate who saw I brought a lot of clothes saying that “5 items do not leave anything inside”. I said ok sure. Later I was trying the clothes, some sizes would not work I would ask my friend to go and exchange for different size. When my friend came back with different size piece the fitting room lady was rolling her eye balls.. I guess cause we are taking too long. At 8:30pm she said that I have only 10 min to finish. Because I am pregnant it took me longer than usual to dress and undress. In five minutes I was told that my time was up. All of that was said in a rude manner and I did not feel appreciated as a customer. I am not sure what time fitting rooms are closing but this target needs some work on customer service skills for that particular lady. I will avoid this store.
