My wife and I were visiting the store to purchase some much needed items for our new home. TJ Maxx is one of our favorite stores. We found a table for our porch that my wife loved. There was only one, we asked the manager John Hall if he could contact another store, and he refused to. I was caught off guard by his nonchalant attitude, because we are not used to receive this type of poor customer service at TJ Maxx. I again restated my question that this was the only table, and I would like your help to find a match at another location. He again outright refused. Unfortunately my family and I will not be visiting this location again. I am very disappointed with his attitude and horrible customer service.

This location has a very small selection of photo frames and dog beds. I like the Fairfax location better. It could be that Home Goods is right next door.

I been sleeping on TJ Maxx for too long I'm back definitely going get a Store Credit Card for this place lol

It is what it is....a place to get lots of dust catchers 🤣 In all seriousness, you can find one of a kind items sometimes - be it clothing, furniture or jewelry. Shoe section is not extensive tho but the bag/luggage department is a bargain! 👍🏻
