I have nothing good to say about these guys absolutely having trouble living here. Rental office never responds when you call about an issue.

They took my security deposit money. And add random numbers together so they don't have to give the money at all. The worst maintenance crews and appliances in the apartments don't work at all. They steal items out of your apartment when you're not home. Please dont move here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

INCOMPETENT!!! Maintenance work orders go unanswered & are never addressed. The phones are rarely answered. Emails are never replied to. The office hours are a complete lie, as the opening and closing times vary, depending on who's in the office & whether they feel like being bothered. The office has even told me there's not a master key for my unit. I took the time and money to make them a copy, which is completely tacky and unprofessional, and they continue to claim there's not a key to enter my unit. THAT IS AN EXTREME SAFETY HAZARD!!! My A/C is out, contains no filter and I've called several times about this, absolutely nothing has been done! Woodland Creek, along with Residential One SHOULD BE EMBARASSED!

This property is by far the most negligent unprofessional property you can deal with it when it comes to the Livelihood of your home and living conditions. As other post have stated it starts with the Leasing office. I truly believe they hire the worst from the worst. How can someone with so many complaints be in a leadership role let alone a property manager Erica. They have no respect for their residents. There is zero concern for communication with them. The most form of communication you will get from them is a note that they sent through the cleaning lady to put on your door. If it’s still there by the time you get to it because he’s just placed in the crack of the door. It takes less energy for them to pick up the phone and call you but they will never do that. When Covid it struck it was like a gold mine. They use it as an excuse to this day to avoid their tenets. As if they already didn’t answer the phone you have to stand outside and knock on the door hoping that someone will answer but you can clearly see them sitting right there, the office is not big at all. And if they do answer they talk to you through the crack of the door as if you’re a bum. But they want money from this bum on time every month or they’re quick to threaten you with an eviction notice. I can understand appointment only or mask required but it’s none of that you’re literally standing Outside trying to handle your business through the crack of the door - again if they answer. The million dollar question is what do you do with the residents money? This property offers absolutely nothing and has had no upgrade in YEARS. Maintenance sucks and it’s not the staff. It’s the office’s negligence to prioritize tickets and even pay their contractors to do the work. I’ve had contractors come into my apartment and say that they will not come to the property because of outstanding bills from the leasing office. The phase 1 apartments in which those you pay more are beyond raggedy. Outdated appliances cabinets and the cheapest carpet on the market. Oh, and the renovated Apartments that they falsely advertise are just painted over cabinets with dry paint and cheap hardwood floors in some areas. The inside looks nothing like the photos that you see online. Your best bet is to do the work yourself. There are dozens of vacant apartments On the property that they have not repaired since the last tenant “left” not evicted left because maintenance doesn’t have the supply or demand to complete the work. Lower apartments are constantly flooding because all they do is Band-Aid the repairs, never a true fix. But you can’t blame maintenance for not having the supplies when management doesn’t put that in their budget. Again where does the tenants money go? tenants can’t transfer. But that’s not even it we don’t even get priority, they rather bring someone from outside so that they can charge them more regardless of what it’s worth. You have to come around here on a good day to catch the grass cut. It at times has gotten so high that I would not allow my children to play outside because only God knows what’s in it. Mind you there is a creek and a lot of trees nearby so they could be anything in there. The pool they brag about is never open. During Covid the playground never closed and not one day was there anyone out there wiping the equipment. The dumpsters are constantly overflowing with trash because of the lack of dumpsters in the neighborhood for the amount of units can you imagine the smell on a hot summer day. Because so many residents are so fed up and no one to turn to they talk amongst each other and everyone has the same complaint: “THE MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE & NEGLIGENT”. Some have tried to start petitions, file lawsuits, and many others to get corporate’s attention and still NOTHING. No bs response from the property is needed to act like you care for google. How about a townhall meeting for residents to voice their concerns with corporate and all other hierarchies included. Action speaks louder then words!
