Please people don't move in these apartments. We have been waiting 4 months for a stove. Mice and all kind of insects. Maintenance sucks. The rental office does not return calls, and the manage will not talk to you are return you call.

The only reason I'm still living here is I'm on housing. The maintenance department doesn't fix anything. I've seen maintenance workers smoking dope behind the building several times. My air conditioner not working. Dishwasher not worked for six years refigerator doesn't get cold bathroom sink backed up since I moved in here they tore the padding from my carpet in November it's may and I still have no padding under my carpet. You call the office they give you the run around pass you off to others don't answer the phone they have office door locked won't let you in if you have a complaint don't move in here unless you don't care about maintenance costumer support or decent living conditions I can't walk in the hall without seeing several people smoking dope sitting on the stairs kids Trask the hallways and play and yell in hallways everyday you can't even enjoy any quietness echoes in hallways people park cars on grass in front of building cause they tow your car in parking lots I've been here thru several killings shooting robberies that occur here regularly

Mold on vents since last year , Plumbing is terrible. Maintenance is unresponsive. Washer machine/ Dishwasher is there for display. Refrigerator has been leaking since move in. You have to catch maintenance walking around the property to ask them to help. ( you may still not get help). Gun violence is nonstop. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Worst place Ever. They dont fix anything, Mice in apartments. washing machine not working they want to send someone to put a bandage on it , Nice grounds when messy ppl around here not placing trash in the trash can. Too many unleashed large dogs. Its always something. the amount of rent pay does not show for the apartments.. Looking to move out ASAP. I have phoned the office and no one ever returns my calls. This is unacceptable on all levels but you all are forever sending email notices. I have phoned the corp office also. I hate it here at PE
