This place is stressing me out! My kitchen light barely works. I put a maintenance request in for it, it gets “fixed” for a moment and then hours later it’s not working. My dishwasher NEVER worked. Yes, water goes in and out of it but it doesn’t wash my dishes. I put in several requests for that and it has never been “fixed” so now we just use it as a drying rack. I have water damage in my bathroom, it’s roaches everywhere which pest control came out and sprayed some stuff and gave us (2) sticky traps. My kitchen floor has been messed up since the first pest control company came in and messed it up and no one has fixed it yet. There are many safety violations here and they don’t seem to care about it. Between the old management company and the new one, none of my requests has been completed satisfactorily!

The whole process was smooth, Kelly was an excellent host and very informative as she was helpful! Eirka helped me setup my amazon locker in no time without any hassle and John is a great guy who offered his ear and shoulder if I was ever in need. They make sure that you feel at ease and at home.

I've lived here for about 1 ½ yrs, and the property looks nice. Often kept up with, and the amenities provided (pool, dog park, fitness center) are a nice thing to come back to during the warmer seasons. Since the complex has come under new management the previous staff have left, however the current team is just as dependable, if not more so. The plumbing in the units (kitchen/bathrooms) are shared running up the units, but if anything does happen, the new management is working hard to refurbish anything left by the previous owners. One thing would be the parking situation. Parking can fill up pretty fast. They DO have reserved parking, but it's paid. Which isn't bad, but as the last management team did, they gave out too many "stickers" to every lease owner resulting (primarily in the evening) no where to park unless you pay-to-park... so... yeah... otherwise nice place, decent people...

New management company has taken over Henson creek and is doing an awesome job to turn around the company, Steve, John and Erika are working hard to turn the neighborhood around and give residents what they are paying for.
