I had services performed by a woman named Hanna, she cut my big toe, did not follow any health and safety protocols. She did not apologize or even mention that she cut me. Very unprofessional and not safety compliant. I wouldn't recommend this nail salon to anyone.

I had two separate technicians for my services, ones for my acrylic nails and another for my VIP 1 pedicure. My pedicure was great, the tech was polite and attentive. My manicurist was not paying attention majority of the time, he was on his personal cell my entire service. He was not paying attention to details at all. So I’m pretty torn on how many stars to give. Overall the acrylic nails I received I would give a solid C+ on, but my pedicure was A+.

Talk about sloppy! How do you put toe dividers on 1 foot & not the other? How do you squeeze a toe that you WERE TOLD was recovering from a fracture at the start of the pedicure? How do you NOT put slippers on either of my feet and go talk on your phone like if you had finished? I'd give them ZERO stars if I could.

Went here to get a mani/pedi for myself and a pedi for my guy before I went on my trip. I paid almost $150 for our services. Within two days, my gel polish was peeling off of my fingernails & the skin on my feet was rough. I had a few small cuts on my hands as a result of this experience as well. I had no choice but to peel the rest of the polish off of my nails. I had to find a drugstore to purchase fingernail polish, so that my hands look decent. Also- my guy’s feet were peeling after his pedicure. I won’t return to this salon or recommend them to anyone. What a waste of money!
