I would put zero stars if I could! Do not come here! The machines steal quarters! When I told the employee about it he told he the machine don’t take coins that I miss counted. The owner said we were trying to steal money from them! He literally started yelling at me & told me not to come if I thought there machines did not work. The worst customer service ever. Literally got in our face & follow us around yelling at us! I’m shocked that is how they treat their customers.

This is the worst laundry mat that I have ever been to as far as customer service. So I’m not going to bash this establishment but I will tell you to come with the proper change and supplies you need. I attempted to get change from the service “lady” (short, on the phone, tattoos, Latino), and her attitude was disgusting!!! She threw the change on the counter which at that point I was done! If you want to give your money (and please remember this is YOUR MONEY that we are discussing, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! They suck! 💯

I've gone here for two years, grant it the owners are Hispanic I love the environment. In other laundrymats I get my shoulder looked over and told how to clean my clothing by the workers or the homeless issue and begging is obscene else where. HERE is quite the owner and workers let you clean your clothing and go about your merry way when beggars come around they are not afraid to ask them to leave. I go here twice a week and often bring my kids. 😎😘
