Completely unreliable service. They cancelled their evening boat schedule last minute and I had to cancel the romantic date I had spent time to plan in advance. Just be aware what they advertise may not be accurate. If you're doing it on a whim, it's probably fine but if you're planning beforehand know it might be cancelled.

We waited for our water taxi for a noon pickup. We were told to wait in line in the hot sun and it never arrived. Staff told us at 12:30 that it isn't coming. Asked for a refund online & never heard back. Terrible communication and no apologies! It ruined our days plans.

Yes this is a awesome way to get around. There is indoor seating with air-conditioning as well as a open top to look at the view as you travel along the river. Beer wine soda or chips while on the taxi. This is much cheaper than getting a regular taxi around the city.
