Just moved in to these apartments. Almost everything has been great but every single night we are in a panic, unable to find parking anywhere around the complex. We cannot leave our apartment later than 7:30pm without the fear of not having a place to park our car when we get home. My husband got towed last week and it was $350 to get our car back. The complex doesn’t even have reserved spots available for us to pay for each month. We have asked the staff multiple multiple times and are totally out of options. This apartment complex is wonderful in every way but they need to figure out something for residential parking.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars! I toured this morning and they have the most professional and friendly staff. The entire property was so clean and the apartment was literally the cutest. I can't wait to move in next month!

Everything is great except for the people that think they are above the rules. One couple thinks that they can park all their cars everywhere and only have to pay for one garage. The girl parks her white car in a covered spot they don’t pay for. One family just moved in on the third floor of bldg 3 and they are about as trashy as can be. They left their moving boxes full of trash out in the middle of the hallway for several days and when they realized the trash people weren’t going to pick it up they tossed it into the stairwell and down the stairs. They are so trashy and nothing is done about this.

As a fist time renter I was happy and pleased at how patient and very helpful miss Millie was with me. She nicely answered my millions of questions, and offered me a water. She really make you feel comfortable about signing papers and actually reads them with you. The tour was pleasant she made sure to show me all the facilities and their nice quality features, I have been a resident for 1 year now and the staff has always treated me with respect. Maintenance is always timely and make sure you are satisfied with the results. 10 it’s 10 have recommended to all my friends and family
