They never answer the phone to book a room! Not all of us want to do it online! We've had ours up for sale for over a year! Shocker! Nobody wants it! We can vacation in Cabo with a package deal for far less money!

I have been on hold for 3 hours. Does anyone even work there anymore. Just a few short years ago your wait time never exceeded 20 minutes. This company has gone way down hill in the Customer service area. Do not buy into this company. The new platform they put in place is not user friendly at all!!! I wonder who researched this outlet...

I keep being told that I have a reservation fee due, I've called once before and verified that our account is all up-to-date. After receiving yet another piece of mail saying we owe reservation fee money, I try calling their phone number listed on the piece of mail and I waited over an hour and still nobody answered. What the heck WorldMark? Take our money and then don't answer our calls.

Very disappointed to see how poorly my hard earned money I pay for dues is utilized. A recent stay at the Valley Isle Resort on Maui left me wondering who Worldmark has doing their maintenance. Chips evident in the dated floor tiles, tile trim around bathroom sink falling off, dated dining room lamp was cracked on bottom and filthy dirty and the molding/trim around back bedroom window was in desperate need of replacement (bubbling paint with black mold growing on calking). The biggest frustration was found with the sprinkler heads in the unit (803). Badly corroded sprinkler heads and trim rings and a couple were painted over (a big no-no). Makes me wonder if the management team is neglecting the required annual service of inspections on all life safety requirement. If not, the current company needs to be fired and a responsible company brought in. A few pictures are included.

No. Why would you think that? We have been owners since the 1990's and haven't personally felt any bias. Not to say I am sometimes aggravated but when I am my survey reflects it, ask to speak with a supervisor, or say "good bye" and call back and get someonelse on the phone. For the record my career was training related to and monitoring for sex discrimination. I am a feminist woman. Do think we need more women on the Board of Directors.

I think you can but the best thing to do is check with the resort by calling them ahead of time and asking them if they allow use of the pool even though you aren't staying at the resort.
This means for as long as you are alive and you can pass it on to your children or other family members through the Ovation program or in your Will or Trust. As long as the dues are paid for and you have paid the loan amount in full or are current on your loan payments and dues then you have the use of the credits you have on a yearly basis.
I would contact the office by email or phone which is listed on the worldmark website and tell them you want your statements mailed to you or emailed to you for your quarterly dues. It's important to do that so you don't get behind on paying your dues.
