This is my second time renting from this location and their schedule is from 8 am to 5 pm every time I go to pick up the vehicle at 8 am the store is never open. Usually, somebody comes in at 8:25 am to open the building. Very inconsiderate on their part since I come at the time they said the vehicle is available for pick up. They need better management and communication with the renters. Going to bring my business somewhere else.

I was given a car very comparable to my own. Service was very efficient and the rep was very pleasant, courteous and helpful. Would definitely go back there again.

I've rented cars from the Washington location several times and they are seriously the best. Kate and her manager are incredibly helpful and willing to accommodate customers. I needed a car on short notice, but couldn't pick it up myself since I was working. Not a problem for Kate. She figured it all out, contacted me, and had the car at my house before the end of my shift. And when they didn't have the exact car I reserved, she upgraded me at no extra cost. I do everything I can to rent from this location. The only downside is lately they (Clinton) are "sold out" whenever I try to rent.

Thank you for wasting so much of my time! I called reservations and was told this location had cars. I made the reservation online then drove to the location to get my car. When I got to the branch a young woman at the desk said the manager tried to call me to say they were sold out. unfortunately, my phone is in the shop and will not be back till Saturday or Monday. I drove 40 min, one way, to this location because all the locations by my house were sold out - yet there were MANY cars in the lot. Sold out but cars in the lot??? Is your branch manager incompetent because he was the only one in the area that couldn't keep his inventory up to date? Is it IT's fault for not updating the data? Is it your regional managers fault for letting a customer be treated so poorly or is it your fault and the company culture? Why should I EVER use Enterprise again?

Yes but you may have to pay a drop fee. Your rental branch you rented from can tell you what the fee is.
You need to discuss the rates with the rep and it's definitely a good idea to get Enterprise insurance package
