The cashier was very nice and made sure I was informed about the sale price for my favorite ice cream! The drive thru line is always long but the indoor wait time is feasible.

Wow so busy....don't go at 5pm. We placed a dinner together order and a second ice cream order. The Togo was mostly right except wrong salad dressing, ranch and berry salads aren't a good combo. The ice cream like was the longer line and that order was spot on. Go, great ice cream, fair prices, we buy all out milk from Braums it's usually cheaper than anywhere else if you buy 2.

They were short on staff when I visited. The manager - Christie, was waiting on customers in the IC line & there was about 5 in line. She would wait on 1 person, take a break, wait on another & take another break. This continued throughout my entire visit. When I was lucky enough to be served 40 minutes into my wait, this is the Sundae I received.... I tried to call headquarters to make a complaint & was meet with a disgruntled receptionist who proceeded to tell me what she could not do. I hung up in the middle of her rant so she called me back to tell me I was rude to her. Wow! Needless to say, she would not give her name. Never expected this type of service from Braum's.

It’s a Tuesday night and the place is packed with cars in the drive thru because no one’s taking the order of the first car in line. It’s been a good 40 min wait. Called to ask them to see what’s the hold up and they don’t have the phones working. This is ridiculous!!! The worst part is when we finally got in front of the line to place the order the lady was literally screaming thru the microphone all mad CAN YOU WAIT A MINUTE sooooo mad at us and I’m like I’m the one that waited an hour . Just because braums is a good brand employees cannot treat the customers in a RUDE WAY. She didn’t take our order properly when I asked her to not be rude she had an attitude a bad bad attitude and she kept making us wait and then I finally got upset went to the window and asked for the name of the RUDE employee the manager came up to me saying we don’t have a business card but gave us her name. They had several employees in there to take the orders that were just gossiping. Im not sure how this store is being managed and someone should definitely look into it. Im Im customer service too and this experience was just bad. We didn’t get the food cause at that point we just didn’t trust them with our food . WORST EXPERIENCE EVER from a brand of Icecream we have loved for years

As far as I they wear gloves and mask but I do not go in.
They open at 6 because they sell breakfast.
Keep calling they do have down times sometimes they are short of help also try Costco and Sam pay not bad.
