I sliced my finger open on a can I was trying to recycle. The ladies working there were super awesome and helpful, offering bandaids and antiseptic spray. They took excellent care of me and I was able to continue returning my cans and bottles.

I came in because I haven’t been able to set up a bottle drop account online nor at the kiosk getting the same error each time saying to contact customer service to set up my account. Customer Service attendant at this location asked inquiring questions very condescendingly as if to have the preconceived notion the error was user error. Strong stench inside. Edit* Additional Experience I’m moving my rating down to one star. I arrived this morning with a single bag of mostly water bottles to return (less than 75 bottles). The Express lane for less than 75 bottles was closed. Non-Business (no blue bags) persons were in line with at least double the daily limit minimum in bottles using up a 7’ diameter of space just for their bags. There was no one at the door directing when folks in line could come inside for the line, but if too many would come in, they would come tell you you need to go wait outside. To which they didn’t ask the folks outside to back up. After waiting in line for 15 minutes with my back in pain (disability) I’m told they’re only accepting tin cans, no plastics bottles, which is all but three of what I had in my bag. What a sloppy show!

At the Stadium Fred Meyers you can drop as many green bags as you want, daily. They do not count against your 15/ 3 month and they do not charge .40 per bag. It's really awesome!
Yes all cans & bottles are now ten cents. If the machine wont recognize it take it up to the counter and they will give you a redemption receipt for them to cash in with your other one.
Yes. It's open. Not too many people. Moves pretty quick

They only have limited machines because of the covid-19 restrictions but soon their summer hours will and they'll be open until 8:00 but if you have a bottle drop account you can drop off bottles there up until 10:00 p.m.
You can reset your password online as well. Call the 1-800 number, and they'll walk you through it if you'd prefer not to go inside of a location.
