You can redeem your refund at a kiosk at certain grocery stores for an additional 20% in the form of in store credit.
Rather than getting cash for your redemption, your redemption value is placed on a card (barcoded for identification). You can then use the card at various participating stores to buy things. When you do this they add 20% to your redemption. So if you plan on using redemption money to buy more groceries at Fred Meyer, an extra 20% is a good deal.
