Very poor service. I dropped my kid uniforms off. The ticket said 4pm. Came wasn't ready. Came back again they only had 2 shirts and 4 pants. I have to come back Tuesday for the other 2 shirts

Avoid at all cost or it’ll cost you! 4 visits to this place because they are soooo conveniently located to my home. Out of those four visits--one damage to several buttons on a sweater, one dress pants returned with tears in leg (pants had been cleaned over 20 times and still looked brand new until I brought them here), a HORRIBLE alterations job to remove pockets from a dress (literally cut the pocket in half and did a straight stitch across so that pocket still existed/bulged), and one shirt returned with orange stains covering it that were not there when brought in. Several other items had creases/wrinkles pressed into them, so I had to iron after taking home. No apologies or responsibility accepted. I have FINALLY learned my lesson and will never chance this place again. Lastly, I walked up to see them locking the door at 6:00pm on the dot and they refused to open the door for my two drycleaning items. Wow. No clue how this location is still in business, except it's just that...location, location, location and scant other choices in Oak Cliff.

I thought that since Faulkner's was the most expensive cleaners in Oak Cliff, that they would provide the best quality service....wrong! After a period of time where I was happy with their service, I picked up dry cleaning that smelled liked a construction workers armpits. When I complained to the manager, he told me some sob story about broken equipment and that his staff didn't know about it for a period of time....but that it was in the process of being repaired. Guess what, fast forward a few weeks and the same thing....I'm now sitting at work with trousers that smell like they've never been cleaned. His staff can't tell that they dry cleaning stinks?? Don't use this company...any other is better.
