Don’t bother trusting them with anything you like or need. I used them a while ago. Easily paid $600 for dry cleaning a large order for women’s clothing. It shouldn’t be anything new. I even separated the clothing items by types and as individual pieces. I come back home to learn a dress is missing it’s full length slip and a top is missing it’s camisole. I call. They say they’ll take a look. Nothing. I show up. They find the full length slip and share that “well it really should be counted as two pieces.” Sure, whatever. I didn’t do the count. Your employees did. They shared they’ll call me back about the camisole. They never did. I call them back and they share they’ll look again but even if they can’t find it, they’ll reimburse me. Still nothing. At this point I’m working a job and just let it go. I never wear the top again. And then, against my better judgement, I tried them again. I called ahead and the woman on the phone says we can rush an order and have it ready by 9 am the following day for $5 more. Sure. I explicitly ask her what I should say to anyone who services me to make sure it happens. I do so when I go through the drive thru. The guy even comments how I haven’t been here a while which I laugh to and say yes. He takes about 5-6 pieces of men’s clothing. Pants and dress shirts. $50. Again, I need them at 9 am tomorrow. I come today at 9 am and… Someone different attending me says oh they’re not ready, but will be after 5pm. Uh, no. They said they would be ready by 9am. “Oh you got rush?” “Yes, I got rush.” “Oh that makes things different.” First sign there my order wasn’t rushed because she should have been able to see it when she looked up my order. She brings me back the pants and says she’s going to get the guy who assisted me because she isn’t sure what is going on but the shirts aren’t ready. Cue then him lying to me saying he only understood the pants to be rushed. I *know* you didn’t rush *any* part of the order, dude. Don’t lie to me. Just own that you made a mistake! He holds onto this and just says sorry, nothing can be done about it. I can keep coming back though but yeah, should be done by 5pm. No. I want you to call me if they’re done earlier. Doesn’t hold himself to it and I just end the conversation and own + name I am beyond frustrated because I need them by 11 am. He is going on a trip. This is precisely why I needed them by 9am and requested rush. “Oh sorry.” Such a joke. I don’t trust this business to do it’s job for men or women’s clothes. I don’t trust them to handle big or small orders. I don’t trust them to do regular or rush orders. If they can do this to me on the two times I used them — months apart — what are they going to do to your clothes? At YOUR cost. With NO rectification for THEIR mistakes. Don’t risk it.

Just an incredible experience with outstanding service. Joe was able to turn around a suit alteration in two days in time for my wedding. He was also able to remove a stain from a tailored suit that I had given up on and was going to throw away. Best dry cleaner/tailor in DFW!

We charge $4.79 for Laundered Starched Pants and Jeans
Sometimes we do. Usually we can clean them as long as there is no glue backing. Other wise we recommend a carpet/rug cleaning company. Our cost for this cleaning would typically be around $39.99
