I have been coming to this Kroger since I moved over here in 2018. I came in today to purchase items and some yogurt was not priced correctly not my fault I got to self checkout and this guy whom I told about the price told me to leave as our kind always makes trouble I was shock he proceeded to cancel my items and told me to leave while throwing his checkout scanner down by my body almost hitting me. I have never been treated with so much disrespect I’ve never had an issues with this Kroger but I can promise this will not be another issue as I will no longer be using this Kroger as an option definitely traumatized and hurt as I don’t cause problems anytime it’s not my fault the items were not priced

Thank you to the manager Aaron. I brought back an item that had been previously opened (Mayo) and he made no hesitation to exchange it and on top of that provide me with a small gift card to make up for me having to come all the way back to the store. He even exchanged it for a different (slightly more expensive) brand because the one I had originally bought was sold out. He went above and much further beyond what I could have even asked for and was incredibly polite about it the whole time. If Kroger can manage to keep him around, they might do ok because I really hate this store.

I love my neighborhood Kroger! Despite some shortages, they always have what we need, even in another brand when necessary. Good prices on their sales. It helps with the increases in meat alot to be able to afford weekly groceries. Everyone there are usually very nice. Don't like Spectrum at the entrance everytime I visit this store with the same questions every time I go there though!!

Every time I visit this Kroger there is only one check out open. I waited 20 minutes for one person to go through the checkout and there was 2 more customers ahead of me and 4 behind me. The self checkout was also backed up. I saw staff, including a number of managers on the floor and none of them opened another checkout. I finally left my Carr and walked out. I will drive to another grocery store and spend my money there.
