Got a letter from DOR needing some extra information, I spoke with agent Zendy she was very professional and knowledgeable. She explained what the letter was needing. She helped me fix what I needed and walked me through every step. Very professional and quick. Thank you for all your help today Zendy.

My entire tax refund was offet due to my own negligence and error. The representatives here were able to reverse my mistakes and process an overpayment return for me and things seem to be working faster then expected. They hope to have my retutn sent out by the end of the month! Thank you!

I called because I didn’t receive a form for Oregon taxes withheld when we sold a house in Oregon. They did not give option to leave message or a callback. Just “we’re busy good bye” If I could give 0 stars that is what they deserve

I filed in February, I still haven't received my state tax refund and it almost July. I called in April and was told that they were working on it but there was no problems. Now its almost JULY and still no refund. I am so frustrated!!
I would call them. Best way
For federal you need to contact the IRS not Oregon department of revenue since that is just for the state tax.
Where do i set up my payment plan?
Please visit the Oregon Department of Revenue website at Oregon.gov/for Or use this link to get to their page with info about scheduling an appointment https://www.oregon.gov/dor/Pages/map.aspx
You can call Oregon's tax helpline at (855) MY-TX-HELP (698-9435) or send them an email or chat with a representative through their website at https://www.oregon.gov/dor/programs/individuals/Pages/free-preparation.aspx.
Yes. Generally. If you have a letter with any other address, then I would send it to the other address. Of course if you have questions about it, you can call customer service. You can also drop anything off at an office if you have one near you.
No if you are requested to show id then you will have to do that first.
Oregon doesn't tax social security at all. If you want money yo be withheld though, you'll need to find out from social security if they will take anything out for you.
You can not actually view your full returns on DOR website. If you didn't retain a copy for yourself you can order a copy of your return through Revenue Online or by going into a DOR location, but there is a small fee for this. I believe it is currently $5 but not 100% sure on the amount.
DOR requires all employers to file all 1099s and W2s, regardless of the amount.
If they file a federal tax return, then they would likely file a state tax return. Ask the IRS first and then call customer service at Oregon department of revenue.
Call the Department of Revenue and they can verify that the check hasn't been cashed, put a cancellation on the lost check and resubmit a new refund check.
I am not understanding what you mean about a license reinstatement?
Making deals? You can set up a payment plan for up to 18 months to pay the debt off in full. If that's more than you can handle, then you need to fill out a financial statement to have a lower payment to be considered. If that isn't what you were asking, there is an option to fill out a settlement offer form to request to see if you qualify to a settlement amount to pay the lesser amount than the Fuller amount owing. For additional questions you can call the number on your letters to ask further questions regarding your account specifically.
I believe you have to claim all income. Not sure
1st quarter= April 15, 2019 2nd quarter= June 17, 2019 3nd quarter= September 16, 2019 4th quarter= January 15, 2020 These are the dates for individual estimated tax payments.
All the mail is opened in the same place, the 955 Center St address will work
Have your read the form instructions that can be found on the DOR website? If you have and you're still unsure, this would be a great question to call the department about since Google maps isn't the place to ask these sorts of questions.
Tax day is April 15, 2019. If you have your return mailed and it is postmarked by this due date you will be on time.
For anything that effects your taxable income, I believe it is figured out on the schedule or-asc, but you can call in to the DOR for more info probably
Oh yes, and taxes in Oregon are very expensive
This is a question you call the department of revenue about
Social security income is subtracted on the Oregon form 40
