I had a very bad experience trying to return an item... Def just get a haircut bc there is no itemized receipt. Receptionist is very gossipy and not in a good way... It was impossible to get a return for my item -__- Evelyn and Jeremiah were treasures. They were professional and considerate. I cannot say the same for everybody in the store, however...

My main issue is after I put in all the work to graduate, Beau Monde submitted my transcript to the state incorrectly twice which could have jeopardized the timing of when I could receive my license that I had already earned. It was also very hard to graduate on time, not because of the course load, but because the teacher at the time liked to have power over her students and made it challenging for us to check our progress until the final. She also would punish students if they tried to help other students who weren’t receiving enough help in the classroom. Luckily this instructor, Miss Julie, is no longer with the program but I was surprised how much authority the facility let her have over her students, she even felt comfortable yelling at me in front of all of my peers and then brushing it off after it was clear there was no legitimate reason to yell at an adult like that. The two stars are for Miss Sandy and Ferry and the two lovely ladies at the front for helping me when I finally had to come to them about the issues I had been having.

The school is great. Such talented students Was very pleased with my cut I got from here. Staff was friendly and fun.

I was told on 9/29/21 to come back on 9/30/21 to redo, free of charge some substandard braids then they called on 9/30/21 to tell me it was not a redo and I'd have to pay. I paid them 27.50 3 days ago and was not aware how badly these braids were done until I got home. An instructor never did come to see them or approve. Just signed the paper to pass it this girl would have had to redo them right there. Wasted 27.50 and got bad set ice. The girl took an hour to do 4 small braids...Look over the work carefully and do not leave until 100% satisfied or you will waste your money
