I cannot rave enough about this shop. Beyond the amazing product they sell the staff at this particular spot is amazing. They are all so personable and helpful. And Dr Duong is awesome as well! Highly, highly recommend!

If you want stylish glasses that are different from your standard run of the mill eyewear shop you need to go to SEE. They have AWSOME designs and 😇 I'm pleasantly surprised that a lot of these styles fit my flat Asian nose. The people at the store are awesome too. I accidentally left an item I purchased from them and they chased me down to make sure I got the item.❤️ From Josh to Cierra they both patiently helped me find the perfect pair of glasses from SEE's collection. Now that I've found SEE I think I'm gonna need to up the number of glasses I can get insurance to pay for 😆

Best optical shop in town! Amazing service and glasses selection. Cierra was so helpful and detailed. She quickly understood what I was looking for and suggested several great frames. She was friendly and knowledgeable. There are other optical shops nearby, but the service and frames selection dont come close to SEE.

SIX STARS! Want to know how great this place is? So great, that I haven't even been on that side of town for MONTHS and I'm still thinking of the awesome service. So much, that instead of going on social media out of boredom, today, I randomly thought "Hey! Let's tell Google how much I <3 SEE Portland." That says something. I'm so enthusiastic that I'm scared you're going to think I'm affiliated with this store. I'm not- in any way. Just a super duper happy customer. Folks compliment my glasses all the time and they jump a bit when I enthusiastically shout how much I love SEE. FIRST IMPRESSIONS (EXAM & FRAME SHOPPING) I first went here this summer to get an eye exam and glasses/sunglasses. I chose this place because my frames from SEE Mpls were wildly unique and I wanted some that were just as fun. The eye exam was great and the sales team was awesome. The sales people intuitively knew when to leave me alone and when to step in and help. Have you been to a place that is too pushy about helping you try on glasses? They hover and follow and chime in with unsolicited compliments when you decide to have fun by trying on the ugliest pair you can find? THIS IS NOT THAT PLACE! They were perfectly helpful only when I wanted them to be. They were also respectful of my budget and my weird requests (I needed plastic frames, shipped fast, and a fun frame that could handle cold weather without freezing my cheeks.) SECOND & THIRD IMPRESSIONS (PICKUP) My glasses came in SO QUICK. I came in twice after that- once to pick up my glasses and once to pick up my sunglasses (I could have bundled it into one trip, but the glasses were so awesome that I wanted them on my face, like, yesterday.) By that third visit (sunglasses pickup), I felt like I was a friend of the shop- like I knew the whole staff! So friendly and efficient and great. FOURTH IMPRESSION (THEY FIXED ALL MY PROBLEMS) One morning, I woke up and- I don't know how it happened- but my glasses were BENT. Like "a ghost must have done it" BENT. So I put in contacts, grabbed my glasses and drove across town to ask for help. Again, I walked in and felt welcome friendliness. Without hesitation, Mike (the manager) carrrrrefully bent my glasses back into place. Then, a bit nervous, I told Mike that I wasn't stoked with my sunglasses. I explained my problems (kept sliding down my nose, looking through them felt weird, and I generally just didn't like wearing them because of this...) and you know what happened? HE FIXED EVERYTHING! We discussed my trouble, he proposed solutions to each concern and they WORKED. I now have sunglasses that I love as much as my glasses glasses. Above and beyond. Seriously. OH, AND... They have interest free financing available and this "Buy 5 pairs, get 1 free" thing. It applies to all the SEE stores (another reason why I chose to go here when I moved from Mpls to PDX.) Okay, do you get it? This is the place to buy glasses in Portland. GO HERE!
