I've purchased 2 sheds from BBB and their communication is excellent. The second shed was installed today by Alex. He was smiling, clearly in a good mood, and did a great job. The shed is solid 2x4 framing with pressure treated kids and a skid proof floor. The door has nice hardware and easy to put a padlock on. The value is very good. Thanks

Office staff was very helpful in the design and scheduling installation of the shed. Installation crew was friendly, efficient, explained/showed what caulking and painting needed to be done. Not the least expensive shed on the market, however shed is worth the money with quality materials, friendly staff, local store. I will be contacting them when I am ready to replace my other shed.

I was super happy with my shed, it was built on time with amazing customer service. The builders worked quickly and efficiently. They were very friendly as well. I absolutely love my new shed! Would buy another one if I could!

At first I was skeptical with all the poor customer service reviews BUT still making a quality shed, I decided to take the risk and boy was it worth it! I expressed my issues about poor customer service with the office and they assured me that they have brought in new office staff who have gone through a very thorough customer satisfaction course. With all that said I've placed my order (2/2/22) and hope to update with good news in the coming weeks when I receive delivery of my new shed!
