Recently, I was able to work with the Mortgage Department at Oregonians Credit Union. Andrew Davenport, my contact, was very helpful and professional. Specifically, I appreciated that my calls were either answered or returned in a timely manner. Weekly updates on the status of my mortgage were extremely helpful. I can’t imagine any other mortgage acquisition experience being more efficient than the one I had. This all being said in spite of the pandemic and staffing shortages/challenges that have occurred. Thank you for such great service~

I enjoy the customer service I’ve had with their Beaverton branch location both with teller services as well as the loan department. However, I’m not as impressed with their online website. The website is not super user-friendly or intuitive. I always have to click around to find the page that I am looking for. The mobile app even has less features. Also, I asked questions about how to apply payments to principal for LOC, which were answered quickly and courteously, but I ultimately feel like they could have answered the question more thoroughly in the first or second reply rather than going back and forth.

Hello Brian, We will process the check on the same day, however, the funds will not be available in your account until the financial institution credits the funds to us.
