One time, I received wrong order. Another time, app says order is ready come pick up, but when I came, I was told it is not yet ready, (not even prepared). I needed to wait while it is made from scratch. Worst customer service ever!

HORRIBLE DOMINOS LOCATION!! Avoid at all costs! They left my drink and 2 sauces that I paid for. I didn’t realize that they left the sauce. I thought it was inside the bag. The driver brought the drink back to me and left it right on the door. I got to him before he left and asked about the sauce and he had the worst attitude. He told me I should have asked him to bring it on the phone. Why should I have to ask you to bring me something I ordered and paid for? They acted like k was in the wrong when my order was incomplete and they had an attitude to make it right. Just a horrible experience with them.

In past ordered from same location and never had any issue.. this time Pizza delivered. Horrible pizza, burnt when tried to take one slice it’s start coming apart, tried to call store no one picked up, drove to store and store manager Megha couldn’t find anything wrong with pizza :( .. refunded and refused to make pizza for me and walked away.. not ordering again from here..

I freaking order almost 2 hours ago & I still haven’t got my order, the store is only 5 MINUTES from where I am! Im out here on a family trip & is 12:07am we got to the hotel at 10:30 when I did the online order & I HAVENT GOT NOTHING!!! WORSE THING EVER!!! Will be going in person tomorrow to request my refund since they cant do nothing right & dont answer the phone! Will definitely make a complaint with corporate
