Absolute shambles on Superbowl Sunday. Ordered the day before for 5pm pick-up. Got there at 4.50pm expecting to pick up my order and head home. Found the place full of people waiting for orders (it got busier than in the photo). Waited until about 5.30pm with zero communication from the only visible employee. She was constantly answering the phone and telling people they were closed for the day, and bringing out orders for Ubereats and Doordash. I asked 3 times if she could tell me when my order would be ready without getting a response. The guy next to me said his order was supposed to be ready at 4.15pm and he'd even received a text saying it was ready but he was still waiting. I realized at this point that I may never receive my order, and certainly not in time for the kick-off. It's clear that they simply took way more orders for pick-up than they could possibly handle. I canceled my order but had to leave without a refund as she said she couldn't do it in store but it should be on my card "in a few days" - we will see!

The quality of the food was the worst I had from any Bonchon restaurants. I usually do not post food reviews, but please stay away from this location. The meat was burned and the wings overcooked.

We are extremely disappointed of the services rendered to us, with my partner. We ordered 5:10PM for a dine-in and have not received our order until 6 PM. I looked at mobile orders and the point of sale ranges to 5:20-5:30 PM. It is clearly the carelessness of Parsippany location to made us wait for nothing. I asked refund at 6:00 and did not get any apologies. I expressed my dissatisfaction and frustration in a professional way, I am also well aware that these people are hardworking but they should prioritize who ordered first or in sequence, and not jumping to the one who ordered the last. I hope that this will serve a lesson to the Parsippany location. If they can not handle customers, I would gladly accept their refusal than waiting for the food that would not be processed.

Will never order again from this place!! The chicken is way too salty. The takoyaki is scorched, it looks like a black ball. I orderEd coleslaw at the same time, and they didn’t put it as side, they put it together with the takoyaki!! The food tastes really bad.. don’t buy it from here!
