Absolutely the worst experience of my life. This place is run by children who are poorly organized, lack professionalism and really have no idea what they are doing. I have been dealing with a billing issue from "The Haven" for almost a year. It was their mistake, they admitted this, and will not take responsibility costing me $1000. Emails go unanswered and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. It was horrible when Michael Mcgee was there, and now is just plain pathetic. Do yourself a favor and go to Cottage Health in S.B. NIGHT and DAY difference.

This place is saving my life as we speak! Employees are incredible here! I’d recommend this treatment center to anyone struggling with addiction. From detox to residential to outpatient, every step is unbelievably well run. No complaints whatsoever!

No it isn't, at least not that I know of. I'm hoping Sir Charles will chime in & give us the correct answer. I just don't think they are a non profit.

Yes it actually does. The Residential part of it has the best staff and everyday from 8:30 til about if i can remember around 1 they go back to there house after going to groups and they do yoga or physical fitness. Then they go to outside meetings everyday. Then one your done with Residential they move to the Sober Living House and then you do PHP thrn move down to IOP and the house is amazing. This facility has literally saved my life. And they truly keep you busy everyday
