Saw a beautiful Philodendron here and asked an employee if they could hold it for me around 4pm so I could make room in my car (very large plant) and that I'd be back before closing at 7. Cleared out my back seat and drove all the way back over at 6:30 only to find out they sold the plant to someone else just before I arrived... Very disappointing experience and a bummer that I wasted the time and effort. Service is usually incredibly slow too as they often only have one staff member on-site

Good selection and prices. We have found everything we needed for the same price or cheaper than Amazon, where we used to get our pet supplies before. I really appreciate the consistency, though... Petsmart and Petco are so unpredictable. Most of the time those big franchise stores don't even answer the phone or seem to want to help me at all when I am there. I have left those other places more than once because the employees completely ignored me when I needed something.

OH MY GOSH I WILL BE COMING BACK ANY TIME I NEED NEW FISH!!! ALL the tanks were in pristine condition running on their own individual systems. The only tank with any issues had a clear sign marked not for sale. And OH MY GOD THE OWNERS OSCARS ARE GORGEOUS AND I ALMOST CRIED WHEN I SAW THEM. 10/10

We do sell guinea pigs and hamsters. Usually pigs are $40 and hamsters are $20. we currently don't have any, but that can change weekly.
There may be an occasional rescue, but we usually don’t. I recommend checking with Greenhill or MJ Bunny Rescue out in Veneta.
