They are open such limited hours so I have spent every work break of mine the last several days trying to call them only to be told to press number 4 (the only option they have) and be looped right back around to the same message over and over again. I’m in desperate need of services and all they have done is waste my time listening to the same recording over and over again. I don’t think there is actually a way to contact them and there is no way to leave a message. Ive just been left in tears and feeling hopeless, I don’t know how anyone actually contacts them, I’ve used the local and the toll free number to no avail.

They are VERY limited in the area of assist. My grand daughter needs assist someone to assist with her financial / legal issues oversites rather than being on her own. No assist here, no idea of how to obtain assist, nothing.

Depends on where they are. If in your apartment possibly. I would ask them. Use borax. Inscect usually is landlord responsibility.
