I would highly recommend to everyone! I was visiting Carmel Indiana with my daughter and experienced unexpected car trouble. Being from out of town it was pure luck I was able to get in contact with Bill Estes Chevrolet. Barry in the service dept. gave me a call and after explaining my situation he was able take care of my car problems and get everything repaired in a very short time frame so I could safely drive home to Wisconsin! Beyond impressed with the customer service Barry provided and excellent service with the car repair! If I lived closer I would go here for all vehicle repairs! A huge thank you Bill Estes Chevrolet and especially Barry Gregory who made sure I was taken care of!

It was an amazing experience. I usually hate working w dealerships, but this was the best process ever. Bo was my salesperson and he was the one that handled my online inquiry and in person sales. It was nice to deal w the same person and not get shuttled around. I highly recommend Bo!

Professional staff quickly took care of my oil change and inspection while I waited in the very clean and comfortable lounge. I appreciate the text alert of items found during the inspection which require future maintenance along with quotes. I especially appreciated that I wasn’t pressured to move forward on any additional services at this time.

Took my '2013' Chevy Equinox to get work done on rear brakes. Service technician greeted me and said, May I help you? I said I needed my rear brake pads replaced; but I had to have them done in 3 hours because my wife had to be @ work at 12:00 a.m. I arrived at 8:30 a.m. I needed them done by 11:30 a.m. Customer Service technician said he wasn't positive the Repair technician can have it done by then because he had other customers pending sale of a vehicle and they would have to order parts and have them there on time for repairs. I said okay. Fortunately, the parts must have arrived early and they were able to have the brakes repaired in 2 hours. I was elated and my wife was able to make it to work on time. Great job!
