This is the third time I have had this expirienc...I waited 5 minutes in line at the drive thru. And when I reached the order board I was asked to wait for a few more moments. After a few minutes they waited on the other order board . that car arrived well after I was asked to wait. This is rude as he'll. I have also had items left out of my order and after contacting a manager was told that my only option was to drive all the way back to the store to get the items I had already paid for. It's my time, my gas, my frustration, all for their mistake. Horrible service.

I ordered twice. Just q sweet Tea with alot of ice. I was being charged for the person in front of me and when I went to pay my tea was not in the system. Now they repeated sweat tea back 3xs. I pay and move up and when I got the tea it wasn't sweet at all!

Consistently forgets items (especially beverages) in take out and delivery orders. This is my third time ordering from this location in the past two months and all 3 times my order was missing something. Will not be using this location again. How mismanaged to you have to be to fail this many times in a row?
