Good experience but the app is broken. This order is still in my cart and unlike other apps I can't delete it. Totally ratings for app experience. On the breakfast burritos why another potato product I already have a hashbrown. Someone who hates potato products from you. Garbage. My compliments on the tomatoes and bacon and eggs and cheese won me a bit coffee was great Cinnabons I have ordered them before. Hashbrown I don't like potato whites on the outside and black specks. Hard to get pictures as it was drive thru food for the purpose I needed a fast breakfast for the commute. An instance I can only state it. I will probably come back price is reasonable compared to competitors. I am usually just a sandwich and coffee at the other players. But your meal box was good because the Cinnabon ice coffee and Cinnabon holes

There NEVER seems be anyone at the service counter to take your order, or accept your cash when you order at the kiosk. Which I feel like defeats the purpose. There is usually always something missing, or made wrong with your order. Then when you ask for a correction, it’s met with great displeasure and attitude. Customer service here is a MESS!! Their dinning room is never fully clean. Which I don’t understand because there isn’t ever more than 4 people eating inside. Their restroom, 🤢🤮🤮🤮. Do better guys/Gals

Today I ordered two grande supreme crunch wraps in the drive-through. While I was eating my grande supreme wrap. I just happened to notice that it was a big long piece of blonde/ red hair inside of it.So I called the restaurant the manager get on the phone name Brandon and I told him about the situation and he said that he will replace the grande supreme wrap. I told him no I don’t want a new supreme wrap. I want a refund. While I tell my story right now. My sister is scared to eat her food to. This restaurant need to wear hairnets and gloves at all times. Please please be careful of this restaurant the hair is folded inside of my food. I will never eat here again. I’m literally threw up.
