Took 30 minutes longer than the 20 minutes quoted. 50 minutes for me to get a simple burger and fries. It would also help if they didn't ignore you when you go up to tell them your name and that you have an order to pick up.

I was the last customer of the night. The staff was amazing! Even though it was close to closing they never made me feel rushed. They were very kind and courteous. The food was delicious.

it's good because it leaves you feeling full and not feeling bad afterward. They also use Oreo cookies and actual Oreo creme filling in their shakes!

I placed an online order at 5:10 PM. Showed up at 5:20 PM, which was two minutes after the time in the email, which I understand can be wrong just based on business volume. I walked out at 5:43 with burgers that had sat on the counter for at least 10 minutes and cold fries. I didn’t even want to go back in to have this fixed because it took so long to get my order in the first place. They skimped massively on the cold fries too after the supervisor told the fry station to put extra in all the orders that were taking so long. That’s supposed to be a large Cajun fry. I’ll stick with going to the 116th St location because their operation runs a lot smoother.
