Do not recommend. Came in once, got a quote of 100 for an item but wasn't charged. Had to charge it and go back only to be offered 85 because the manager didn't remember the first quote 3 days later. They only offer 4 percent of the lowest price they can find on the internet. Take your business elsewhere!!

The ladies there have been nice and sweet. I go there bc they are fair and honest. The managers are awesome and it shows with the employees. I've never had an issue there.

I was short on rent and was in need of money and never pawned before went to a few places like ez pawn on colfax ignored me for 15 minutes(only one customer in the store) I guess they were too busy talking to each other so I walked up asked them if they could please help me and they clearly tried to rob me for my jewelry I know you can’t get what I paid for but I know what my jewelry is worth. Once I came into this place I was greeted right away one of the girls Erica helped very polite she gave me a decent price I asked if she can push it a little more for me and explained the situation I was in so she asked her manager nice lady pushed $50 more! I’m so happy and definitely will be coming back thank you!
