So far I've had the worst customer service of any Best Buy here. The staff just doesn't care. Not sure if it's because I am over 50 but did was just not going to help me with a PC case other than pointing to the shelf. I went to Microcenter. I gave it 3 visits before I devolved to post, in case it was just one employee, but it seems no one cares in 3 different departments.

Justin and his crew in the electronics section were absolutely stellar. After purchasing a nano cell tv I wasn’t too happy with, they did everything possible to find me a deal that matched my specs and budget. It’s employees like this that keep me frequenting this store.

Best experience I've ever had shopping in store. The GM, Phil, hands on helping his team provide the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Almost started to think that customer service was a thing of the past now that it's called customer care. All members of Phil's team that my wife and I interacted with were knowledgeable about their specific departments and weren't just trying to shove the most expensive products in your face. In fact it was quite the opposite, they were trying to save you money and were open to hear what you, the customer, was looking for. Never got the feeling that my wife, with her millions of questions, ever annoyed them or that we were wasting their time. They didn't have some items we wanted in stock at that specific store and before i could say anything they had a list of other stores that had the items. Found a store closer to where I live. So 5 stars to Phil and his Team keep up the great work. I'll be back for those cameras!

We went in knowing pretty much what we wanted but we had a few questions and Izeral was very helpful and he was honest. He didn’t try and upsell us anything we didn’t need or what wouldn’t be in our best interest. He was also very professional during the application of the citi bank Visa Best Buy card and that made me feel more comfortable about the scenario. He even got us a sooner installation day and helped us get our purchase to our vehicle safe. I hardly ever leave reviews but when I do, it’s because I am just amazed by the customer service we received. Thank you! Best Buy on Wadsworth (near southwest plaza)

Yes have left early and they. Got to it earlier to no promises and I think it depends on the installation.

Best Buy does not recycle light bulbs of any kind.
Apple no longer supports the iPhone 6. That means Best Buy can't (contract with Apple.) Your best bet will be at a cell phone repair shop.
