I have rented a very small space in Extra Space Storage for a number of years. The property was always clean and well kept on the rare occasion I visited. I moved out because some months ago they almost doubled my rent. It was a small space and they were charging $85 per month.

Awesome service. Started online, was able to set up everything in about 10 minutes and immediately access my unit even though it was after 8pm. The employee I spoke to over the phone was able to resolve the only issue I had in no time at all! The manager is extremely friendly. Sometimes the units run a little more pricey but imo it's worth it here. The outside trash area is kinda a hot mess but that's not an easy issue to solve in this location so please be patient with them!

I would give Amy and her facility a thousand stars if I could! She was so helpful, staying past office hours to ensure that I was able to make my reservation payment and that my property wasn't stuck unsecured outside. In addition to providing service above and beyond normal hours, she was exceptionally kind and understanding, and ensured I knew where everything was, that I was able to access the building with my new code, and where to look at my account info online if I had any questions. The facility was very clean, well lit, and well maintained, providing a sense of safety that my belongings would stay secure and that staff stays aware of their building in all aspects. I am looking forward to renting here indefinitely if my first impressions are indicative of their usual level of service! Gold stars all around!
