I absolutely had a great customer service experience at this location. I went in to look at game accessories and consoles .Heather was very informative and knowledgeable about the items available which encourageed to purchase several accessories for my PS4 and Xbox consoles. I really like this location over other ez pawns , because they are all upfront and straightforward. Renee was very professional and knowledgeable about several questions I had about computers and made several suggestions that will help me pick the perfect computer when I return to their store. I appreciate the kindness and professionalism I was shown by these awesome employees .I'll definitely be recommending family and friends to this location

I was very satisfied. They checked a piece of jewelry for me while I was browsing. I purchased some jewelry and felt the price was good. Renee was extremely helpful with great knowledge of the items. They all were on top of it with customer service! Store is clean. I would go back for sure!
