I genuinely don't understand the bad reviews. I've rarely had an issue. Food always comes fast, service is good. I had an issue ONCE and they refunded my money and told me to keep the food lol (the pizza delivered to us was smashed from the driver putting something on top presumably). Other than that one time, never had an issue.

They wont take the coupon for the 3$ tip for picking up nor would they break a hundred dollar bill. I choose carry out for those 2 reason i didn't have anything smaller then a hundred and the 3$ tip you cause you picked up coupon.. very bad costumer service.

The service is absolutely trash. I placed on order online and 45 minutes later they call me and tell me that they dont have any delivery drivers to bring me my food. I say its no big deal and i can come get it. They tell me to come in 20 minutes. I wait the 20 and pull up just to be told that it will be another 15 minutes so they can make my food now. Keep in mind while im waiting, two delivery drivers walk in. First and last time ordering from here
