I paid for a limo for my friend’s bachelorette party. When it arrived we noticed it was smelly, dirty and had garbage and half drank sodas and waters inside. I tried multiple time to speak to someone about this and couldn’t get anyone on the phone until hours later. The driver was unhelpful about this. I have received terrible customer service when I have called and was even hung up on. I will not use this limo service again. I recommend not using, it really put a damper on what was supposed to be a fun night.

10 stars if it was possible!! We booked Starlight for our wedding and their service was very professional and courteous. Easy to connect with and no wait times on the phone. Received email confirmation immediately after booking. Our driver was William, who was very polite and friendly. Our limo was tastefully decorated and the overall experience was exceptional. Needless to say we are extremely satisfied and will definitely use them again for another event.

Hi Starlight Limousine, just wanted to let you know the kids had a great time last night. They all fit comfortably. The limo was fantastic and Mark was a great chauffeur.
