I brought my 3 dogs to them for everything. Thousands of $$ spent. My one dog had a small emergency and just asked them to take a quick look at her. No, sorry we can't help you today. But we can see her tomorrow, but it'll be an extra $89 fee. They are useless and have no respect for loyal clients. UPDATE: In answer to your response my last name starts with MAVR. Look it up. Yes, I was offered one for the following day for "urgent care"...at an extra cost of $89. Why the surcharge if you offer urgent care appointments? I can fully afford to pay whatever price, but that's just SLEEZY business. If whoever answered the phone would tell you the truth, all I asked for was a quick look to make sure my dog wasn't in pain. She got what looked like an abscess overnight on her jaw and I wanted to make sure it wasn't a bad tooth. Another local vet took us in, took a quick look and gave me an answer in 2 minutes. That's all I wanted. As it turns out it was a blocked salivary gland that could have waited. So sorry to have supported your business since we moved into the neighborhood.

They have a couple of drs that treat exotics i take my rabbits and they have helped my chickens. Dr Pollock is awesome i like all the staff there. As far as your pet youd need to call and confirm
I'm not sure about the drop in fee we always have an appointment or call ahead. We love the staff there. Everyone is so kind and friendly. Recently when our cat needed ICU care they phoned ahead and sent his records and kept us calm and informed. It was an easy transition. The vets call and follow up with lab results and someone checks in after procedures.
