I went to this office for a few years before transferring to a different clinic when a new job provided me different insurance. I had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience with a particular doctor. She always wanted to do unnecessary tests to confirm an obvious diagnosis or rule out something else. Once it was "officially determined" what was wrong with me, I would always be told, "There's nothing we can do." Or she would give me a referral. She once prescribed me medication that they had discontinued making several years (pharmacist said 10-20 years, at least) prior. Instead of prescribing something else, the doctor and office staff had me run around to 3 other pharmacies who all told me the same thing. Finally, they said they would prescribe something else, but it would have to wait until the next day as the doctor had left early. After a bit of complaining, another doctor there finally prescribed me something else. Fast forward... I've been with a different company that has insurance my doctor's office didn't accept. I deliberately avoided looking for a doctor's office, because I knew I'd likely get this one. A coworker recommended the office to me, and I told her I had a horrible experience there. She told me she sees Stephanie Sanderson, and that she is great.... but that she has seen others when Sanderson wasn't in, and there was one whom she really did not like at all and would never agree to see again. Come to find out, it was the same doctor I had negative experiences with. I really needed a primary care doctor, so I gave it a shot and scheduled with Stephanie Sanderson. She is AMAZING and truly cares. I don't feel rushed. She listens. She addresses many issues all in one visit if needed. She doesn't do all the unnecessary tests. I truly appreciate her. ♡ So, while there are bad seeds in every line of work, please know this clinic isn't all bad. If you get stuck with a doctor you don't like or don't click with, request a different one. It worked for me.

My husband has been going to this clinic for over 15 years and myself for almost 10 years. I've been seeing Dr. DHILLION and she's amazing. This review is about the phone answering staff. I called to schedule an appointment. There was a perfect time available and she wouldn't hold the spot until she had updated insurance info. So she transferred me, it went to voice-mail. Left a voice mail and called back immediately to make sure the post was held. She said she could hold it intentively and that the other person would call me back. I called back an hour later and they said she was on lunch and she'd call me. 2 hrs go by and she calls. I give her all info and now the spot is filled. We haven't been in for a couple years because of all the covid stuff and now we have to find a new Dr. What a waste of time calling back and forth. My husband works out of town and this was the only week he could do it for a long time.

I am a Doctor family nurse practitioner. I was given an opportunity to interview here in 2019-2020. During the interview one of the doctors showed up late. She asked discriminatory Employment questions concerning my US military reserve service and “How would like to be addressed or how do you ask patients to address you since your not an MD?” Well, I could not believe what I was hearing. On my way out of the clinic it made perfect sense I thought, wow it makes the clinic was silent with no patients they were really rude and disrespectful human beings. Thankfully, they didn’t call me back. I heard they hired a PA who had less education and did not serve in the United States military….Interesting but not surprising … just like their billing issues…….

Dr Dhillon is an amazing dr! She has seen me through alot and continues to see me through, i had almost given up Faith in drs until i started being seen by her. She doesn't give you false hopes or string you along and she is always honest. I wish all Dr's had the good intentions and well being of their patients as a priority like she does. The office staff is also amazing i love them all. They deal with my big mouth and dark sense of humor 🤣 thanks guys ❤
