I cannot tell you how much this surgeon Dr. Ball has changed my life for the better. I have suffered chronic pain in my neck for at least six years, and he has made me feel 100% better. I would definitely recommend Dr. balls to any of my friends or anybody that’s looking for a great neurosurgeon.

My experience with Dr. Ball and his office support staff was surprisingly disappointing. During one of my first appointments I had to ask to review my MRI. This was after he gave me his recommendation for surgery. It was on a lap top out side his office so we never went over it virtually. It was not private and alot of activity was going on. His office submitted surgery for approval, the surgery office assistant could never be reached. Her phone would always go to voice mail. She would call back in 1-2 days. She would say she was on the phone all day with insurance companies. Only it was not with my insurance company because my surgery was denied. In reading over the criteria needed to get approval It was not met by the doctors office. It revealed how much the office listened and cared about my case. If there was questions I never got calls to complete The surgery request it was so incomplete. It took 2 weeks to get a call back from Stacy, here excuse sorry you have not heard from me Doctors were out of town and it's been crazy. Yes that's rights it's been crazy there. She informed me they got the denial and she was putting it in Dr. Ball box and it was in his COURT NOW. We'll it's been 6 weeks and not one word from this office or the doctor. I gave him 1 star because he wrote me a prescription for a walker.

I would trust Dr. Ball with my life, in fact, I feel like I did, and he took great care of me. I was in excruciating pain after I was hit in an auto accident, I tried everything I could to avoid surgery, I wasted time that I could have felt better, and lots of money on chiropractors, naturopaths, massage, etc. The only thing I regret is putting off the surgery. Dr. Ball was amazing, he explained everything to me, he was comforting before surgery and after. I feel wonderful. He is a brilliant surgeon.

Three weeks ago today, Dr. Ball performed spinal fusion surgery on my thoracic spine, fusing six vertebrae following a 90-foot fall off a volcano in Mexico. I am already in much less pain than I was pre-surgery, and my incisions are healing nicely. Furthermore, Dr. Ball got me under the knife within six days of my initial appointment, a far cry from Dr. Sandquist, my previous neurosurgeon, who had taken two months to schedule a surgery that he himself deemed very urgent. Dr. Ball has a demeanor that will put you at ease, and is clearly the rare physician who puts the patient, not the dollar, first. His staff is kind and responsive. I honestly can't say enough good things about him.
