Made appt this am for noon-4 service window. Got a call from the an hour later offering to send tech in 45 mins due to a cancellation. Sergio arrived on time, verified Covid safety needs before entering. He aldo checked there were no pets that might try to escape as he went in and out. Assessed the blocked toilet, was able to snake through and capture and item that apparently fell into the toilet by accident sometime in the past. Problem fixed as drain runs clear now. He was professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend his services!

Very deep clog by main. Came just a few hours after I called. Sergio was very friendly, hard worker, and gave great advice. Strongly recommend Sergio and Roto Rooter. Will be a repeat customer.

Sergio was fantastic. He came out for an emergency call in super cold weather! He fixed our clog, which ended up being more hassle then originally we discussed, but he was able to fix it! Sergio was super friendly and stayed positive the whole time! I will definitely have him came back for all of our future plumbing problems!

Do yourself a kindness and keep scrolling to locate another plumbing service. I do need to share that their technicians are super kind, professional, and genuinely care about the work they're doing. That being said: their scheduling system is either non-functional or is nonsensical. I had two separate plumbers out to work on a main drain blockage. Each instance the technicians arrived far outside of the arrival window and required that I reschedule a number of times because it was just too late. The second problem came with having a separate camera technician come out to check the work (probably a dropped pipe or something). This work order was repeatedly cancelled without my authorization or a courtesy call. After my last call to dispatch today I've cancelled my order and I'll be finding another plumber. I feel bad for anyone that's got a legitimate plumbing emergency. I feel sorry for the technicians who must have to deal with a lot of backlash from this type of scheduling. Not sure where the break in the system is but it definitely needs to be looked at.
