The Pharmacy is some B.S. here today 7/15/2022 right at 1:30 pm, my 75yr old grandmother was standing in line behind a gentlemen and no one was behind her the clock hit 1:30 pm and they told her they couldn't help her till 2:00 pm, so they couldn't give her her prescriptions they said sorry come back at 2, she asked nicley for them to just please help her she was the only one left waiting in line and was there before 1:30pm this is unacceptable and honestly disrespectful. They should have helped her after she stood in line they need to FINISH their line then go to lunch, this makes no sense. Should be like the cashiers lights off even a closed roped so no more customers get in line after that point. DEALING with oxford though what do I expect.

This Walmart store is managed very badly. It appears that management just does not care for it's customers. Dirty, short stocked, wrong prices, product in WRONG slots are all words and phrases accurately describing this location. New management is hoped for which will aid in changing the employee attitude. I had asked an employee about helping me with finding a price for un marked fruit and was told "I can't sir, I am too busy right now." This statement was given with a very disdainful attitude. I hate going to the Oxford Walmart which is nearest my home.

The issue is not with the store, it’s with management. I applied for a cashier position at this particular store. I had to call several times before I could reach anyone. Finally, my call was answered and I asked to speak to the hiring manager, whom I was told name was Mrs. Cindy. When she picked up the line, she answered very rude; as if I was an issue. I asked her name to make sure that I was speaking to a manager. A manager couldn’t possibly be answering the phones like this! I explained to her I was interested in a position for cashier. Mrs. Cindy exact words to me was, “ I don’t know if I have any position open, and if I have anything and I think you match what I’m looking for I’ll let you know”. Click! No thank you I will get back with, have a nice day or anything of the sort. She was very unpleasant! And very rude and abrupt, towards a potential employee. I felt as if my application should never have been put in. My time felt wasted!!! I hope the Walton family and whom ever their share partner is, knows the managers they have running their stores. No one should be treated like that who is willing to work for their company!

Workers are just sitting around. The store is busy and the workers are just sitting staring at customers as they struggle to make it through the line. The manager at the money center and return center where you can load prepaid cards is racist against white people and very rude towards them. She doesn’t know what the heck she is doing and blames it on the customer. Sat outside in the car pick up line for over an hour waiting on groceries to get to the car. Very poorly run Walmart. It has gone down hill in the last year.
