Zero stars, Lady in the front was very rude. If you don't want to work then you should stay home. This type of customer service doesn't deserve people hard earn money. She should be careful how she treat people because she don't know who they are and if they work for the health department bc I'm sure issues could be raised frequently :)

The customer service in this restaurant is atrocious! The lady who took our order was rude. She rolled her eyes when we asked questions about the menu and seemed frustrated that we were even there. Please do not patronize this business!

The cashier was hard to understand when on the phone. I asked for several white sauce I got one. When I went to pick up my order they were so busy they couldn’t take care of the guest up front. The white sauce wasn’t even white sauce. Cashier was rude when I asked for more white sauce and wouldn’t give it to me. My shrimp wasn’t done but everything else was okay. I had to go to another Chinese restaurant to get sauce. I understand they were busy but I won’t be going back to this location.

I'venever had any issues, until I received a dark colored chow main with old bean sprouts. After driving back into Oxford (35 min drive) it took her over 15 minutes to issue a refund on my card. She finally passed the phone to me to speak with the representative on the phone. I asked what's the problem she said "the refund was back on my card she is trying to ring up another transaction for 3.00 and is having difficulty without the card." I gave her the phone back and asked her "you want the money for the egg rolls after I drove 35 minutes out of the way?" I passed her $3.00!! WILL NOT BE RETURNING!
