This particular location (Hummelstown, PA) is terrific! They are friendly, fast, accurate and I'm convinced the food even tastes better than other area KFC restaurants... particularly the one in Lebanon, PA which is my local... but is TERRIBLE by comparison. It is obvious they are owned and/or managed by very different teams. Such a hug difference!

So refreshing to be waited on by a young person with manners. This young man kept apologizing for the wait, though I didn't feel the wait was an issue. I felt the wait in the drive thru was normal considering the amount of vehicles. When we got our food, he suggested I confirm we got everything. This is unheard of. I wish I knew his name because he is definitely management material when he gets out of school.
