So you go to another location of McDonalds and you’re in and out within 10 min. This location you have the same number of cars and you are waiting for over 30 min after you place your order. I have no idea what’s going on, but with a newly renovated location you’d expect better. Keep your expectations low.

I’ve had the worst experience at this place! The staff didn’t say a word to me nor did they make eye contact. But I still thanked him after ordering. I wonder if this is generally how this store treats customers.

I’ve been going to this location often as my kids seem to like McDonald’s and this is the closest. However I will say that every single time, at least once per week, I order something that is served wrong. Every single time they screw up the order and don’t take seriously when you give them feedback. My most recent experience had them walking right by me in the dining area (my table serving number was clearly visible the entire time ) and not delivering my food and food just sitting on the counter by the register to get cold while I waited. I will not go to this location ever again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

Not very friendly staff. On two different occasions I tried to get in at 10:05 and 10:15 when the dining room is supposed to close at 11 and they ran to the door and locked it. I am a truck driver and I would just like to get something to eat. Not a great mcdonalds.
