Not professional. They’ll tell you a million different stories about your prescriptions like for me today, they told me all my scripts were ready, I show up at 10 and they then tell me none of my scripts are filled. They then tell me they will be ready at 11. I have nothing productive that I can do for that hour, so I sit in my truck outside for an hour. 11 comes and then they tell me they won’t give me 2 prescriptions until tomorrow, despite all of my time they had already wasted. Pharmacist excuses this lack of professionalism because “they’ve had a lot of turnover.” That may be true, but I have been at this pharmacy for ~6 months and all the people giving me bad info have been there this entire time. They could have given the me my other two prescriptions (insurance would have covered them and there were no laws saying they couldn’t), but they don’t mind inconveniencing you. I’m tapping out. If you’re going to use good day, don’t go here, go to the one at spring creek… but I’d suggest going to the spring creek location. They’re not great but a hell of a lot better than their Lemay store. Edit: changing to two stars because the Haley, the young pharmacist with long hair and Kristen, the tech with shorter red are so incredibly nice and helpful and are the rays of sunshine in that otherwise Overcast and gloomy store. Anne, old rude pharmacist named Anne is rude beyond belief. She’s old and bitter and I believe there is nothing in the world harder for her than to smile.

They wouldn't let my wife inside the store. They are making people tell them what they want and they get it and bring it out. Fine, so it's their bizarre and dysfunctional way of dealing with the virus. However she was the only person there, and they spent a ridiculously long time out of sight with her debit card buying two small items and we have no idea why. My wife asked and they said it was because they were "very busy." When she was the only customer. We know who we're calling the police on if our account starts missing money. If you go here, bring cash!!

I usually use a big pharmacy, but had to use this one because I needed a compounded med. It was so refreshing to have a pharmacist that seemed to really want to give me all the info she knew on the med rather than the rushed response I often get at the other pharmacy. They were also just super friendly and kind which I appreciate in a world where that is not always the case. Great place! I have used them in the past for clients who needed meds and they were always great then as well. I may just move all my prescriptions over to them as they were so much better!

When I walked in to fill a prescription I've had for years, I was told they don't fill out-of-state prescriptions. So if this applies to you (which applies to many people in Fort Collins attending CSU) - don't even bother, go to another pharmacy that will (CVS would). BUT, that didn't stop them from checking out my information, pretending they'd fill the prescription. Being new to this town, it's been difficult to find a doctor, so I still had a prescription from another state with my home doctor - who made a very small mistake with my prescription (easily fixed by calling the doctor). God forbid this pharmacy gave me the benefit of the doubt, though. Clearly, to them that meant I was doing something wrong. While walking out of the store (after a rude interaction), I heard whispering and judgmental comments about my prescription. COMPLETELY unprofessional, offensive, and left me in the car crying. 10/10 would NOT recommend this place.
