Everything was fine. Only issue is they will not pro rate your last month. Move out on the 2nd and you still pay for the entire month, even if you give the required notice.

I signed a contract on a Monday, was told to come Tuesday to get the codes. I needed to move on Wednesday (they knew that). I went to pick up the information and there was a sign on the door they they were closed due to a COVID exposure. No one called me. Corporate knew nothing about it. I was out of a storage facility with less than 24 hours to move.

I was expecting that the rental process was going to be difficult but Hunter was very helpful, thorough and informative. He was just sitting down to lunch when I arrived but he put that aside and gave me his undivided attention. The facility is clean, well-maintained and accessible. Thus far I'm glad that I chose Prime.

Hunter told me everything I needed to know and called me IMMEDIATELY after I reserved online to answer any questions. I am now at the location doing the paperwork and the experience is even better. The facilities are immaculate and I know my belongings will be safe.
