I definitely put 5 stars, I really liked the service in this place, the manager is always friendly, cultured and responsive, he quickly resolved the issue with the room, he knows his job well as a specialist. Highly recommend.

NEVER answer the phone. To cancel I had to go into the office, seems unnecessary. Arbitrarily raised the rates whenever they wanted with zero reasoning. They wanted to raise the rates by over 100 bucks, nothing changed on their end, no improvements, no increased security nothing. Just changed the rates cause they could. I would go elsewhere, contacting this company is a nightmare.

SecurCare Self Storage is a wonderful storage facility with a genuine staff. I rented one storage unit from them, and when I needed a second unit, I went right to them and had the required space in under 10 minutes. Both online and over the phone was very quick and easy, and the pricing is very reasonable. I run a moving company, and I use their location to store our tools and equipment, and to store customers belongings when requested. 10/10 would recommend.

After moving to Fort Collins in March my girlfriend opened a locker at the SecureCare 4815 E Boardwalk Drive location. In late April around the 27-30 I attempted to access the storage unit to retrieve money from a safe I had stored in locker #634. I was struggling at the gate because it was only the second time I had used the access terminal. The guy that worked there informed me that the reason it wasn’t granting me access is because needed to pay my rental fee. I explained to him that I needed access to my safe to get money to deposit in my bank account. He informed me that I could not attain access until I was paid up. I got my first paycheck in early May and the money in my safe was not as critical. It was some time before I came back to the storage unit. When I did return, I was dismayed to find that my safe had been removed. At first, I thought I was losing my mind, but then I realized that my two metal detectors were also gone. After doing some research I found that the pad-lock I was using is outwardly extremely robust but is easily circumvented with a ‘bump key’. Anyone with a little bit of time and determination could have opened the padlock, but the iron fence surrounding the units is ten feet high and it would be nearly impossible to get a safe over the top. The only person who knew about the safe and had access was the security guard…
